Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

We forgive you for just salivating at the title of these yummy little cubes of deliciousness. But this doesn't have to be a special occasion naughty little treat! With no added sugar, dairy free and vegan, this is a treat for everyone where 'just one' isn't enough.


1 cup coconut oil ½ - 1 cup cacao powder 1 cup peanut butter ½ cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cacao nibs (optional topping)


  • Line an square tin with grease proof paper or glad wrap and set aside.

  • Combine everything except cacao nibs in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the blade attachment and process until smooth and well combined.

  • Pour into prepared baking tin and spread evenly.

  • Cover and chill in freezer for 10 minutes.

  • Cover top of fudge with cacao nibs and place back in fridge 10 minutes to harden.
