INGREDIENTS 1 1⁄2 cup almond meal 1⁄4 cup cacao nibs
¼ cup dreid cranberries 1⁄2 cup coconut, shredded 1 tsp baking powder 1⁄4 tsp sea salt 1⁄3 cup coconut sugar 1 egg (2 eggs if small) 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted 1⁄2 tsp vanilla bean powder
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a mixing bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg until doubled in volume.
Whisk in the coconut oil and 1⁄2 tsp of vanilla powder.
