A delicious way to start your day with a yummy pot of chia pudding! With only 4 ingredients and options to dress it up your style, this is a healthy, filling breakfast for anyone.


Serves 2 people


1 cup unsweetened coconut, almond or other nut milk

2 tablespoons whole chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup, or honey

1 tsp of vanilla essence


Optional: any fruit, nuts or seeds you fancy! I recommend berries, mango, passion fruit or raw cacao



  • Mix everything together in a pot or container of your choice.

  • Let it rest for 2 minutes, and mix again to avoid lumps.

  • Let it sit for a couple of hours, or overnight, in the fridge.
