I invite you to practise with me in mindful, and calming yoga classes designed to support nervous system and reduce stress. Drawing from a blend of gentle yoga styles, my classes focus on slow, conscious movement, breath awareness, and grounding practices to help you feel more connected, steady, and at ease in your body.
Classes are suitable for all levels and are especially supportive for women seeking a gentle yet nourishing practice to restore energy, reduce stress, and feel revitalised.
Guided Meditation Sessions
Meditation is a powerful and calming practice, yet it’s often misunderstood or even feared. Many people believe meditation requires sitting in silence with an empty mind an idea that can create anxiety or resistance before they even begin.
I believe meditation is about creating moments of presence and connection, and that different practices suit different people. Through gentle guidance and a variety of accessible meditation techniques, I support you to calm your nervous system, quiet mental noise, and discover a meditation practice that feels supportive, nourishing, and right for you.
Sound Healing (Therapy)

Using crystal bowls and other instruments, these sessions support your nervous system, deepen relaxation, and bring a sense of balance and inner calm.
