We have the answer with a chocolate mousse to die for...with a hint of orange to tickle those taste buds. It's full of nutrition, natural sugars only and totally vegan.
INGREDIENTS
Flesh of 1 young coconut
¼ cup of water
2 Medjool dates
½ cup of cashews
3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
Pinch of salt
5-10 drops of orange essential oil (therapeutic and food grade) or zest of one orange
Berries and orange zest for topping/decoration.
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all indigents in a blender.

Add enough water to enable the blade to work effectively (I add the water first before any other ingredients) and blend until creamy and smooth.

Pour mixture into glasses or dessert bowls and top with some orange zest or berries.
