You don't need nuts to make your yummy energy balls packed full of protein. Instead, just add a few of mothers natures other delicious plant-based proteins.

 

Makes 16 - 20 small balls

 

INGREDIENTS

 

  • ½ cup of pepitas

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup shredded coconut

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

  • ¼ cup hemp powder( or your desired protein powder)

  • ¼ cup goji berries

  • ¼ cup coconut syrup

  • 4 tbsp of tahini or seed butter/spread (soften with a tablespoon of lukewarm water)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a food processer and pulse a few times so that there is still some seed pieces left.

  • With damp hands shape the mixture into balls (16-20)

  • Roll in your favourite coating with extra shredded coconut, chia seeds or hemp powder

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
