You don't need nuts to make your yummy energy balls packed full of protein. Instead, just add a few of mothers natures other delicious plant-based proteins.
Makes 16 - 20 small balls
INGREDIENTS

½ cup of pepitas

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

¼ cup hemp powder( or your desired protein powder)

¼ cup goji berries

¼ cup coconut syrup

4 tbsp of tahini or seed butter/spread (soften with a tablespoon of lukewarm water)
INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a food processer and pulse a few times so that there is still some seed pieces left.

With damp hands shape the mixture into balls (16-20)

Roll in your favourite coating with extra shredded coconut, chia seeds or hemp powder

Store in the fridge in an airtight container and consume within 5 days.
