Made some delicious Almond Milk and got some almond pulp leftover? Don't let it go to waste! Make some of these easy, delicious and morish energy balls that will give you the perfect mid-afternoon boost.
INGREDIENTS
Leftover almond pulp
Zest of ½ an orange
1 drop of Orange essential oil
3-4 dates (pitted)
¼ cup pistachios
1-2 tbsp of coconut oil
¼ tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp of cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix till combined.

To form the balls scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture and roll in your hands to form a ball.

If desired roll the balls in coconut or crushed pistachios, (you can toast the coconut if desired).
