Finding moments of tranquillity and relaxation is essential for maintaining balance and wellbeing. Sound meditation, an ancient practice using vibrations and frequencies, promotes relaxation, inner peace, and healing.
Sound Meditation is an immersive experience where healing frequencies and vibrations are created using a variety of sound instruments. Gentle tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments guide participants into a state of deep relaxation and meditation, activating the body’s natural healing processes.
During a session, the vibrations resonate through the physical, mental, and energetic bodies, reaching deeper states of consciousness.
The sounds help guide the brain into the theta brainwave state—a meditative space between wakefulness and sleep. In this state, you are both present and deeply introspective, creating an ideal environment for healing. Participants may experience vivid colours, reconnected memories, dreamlike visions, past-life insights, or profound inner journeys. Some may notice subtle sensations as energy flows through their body. The essence of Sound Meditation lies in observing and accepting whatever arises—allowing thoughts, emotions, and sensations to flow freely and fostering new insights and awareness.

We so excited to invite you to our Monthly Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation Classes—a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your body, mind, and soul.
Each month, we’ll explore a unique theme inspired by the elements, seasons, chakras and more, creating a fresh and meaningful focus for your practice.
In these sessions, we’ll flow through gentle, floor-based yin yoga poses, releasing tension and inviting deep relaxation. To complement your journey inward, I’ll guide you through a soothing sound meditation with crystal sound bowls and other instruments, filling the space with healing vibrations to calm your mind and uplift your spirit.
Whether you’re seeking balance, clarity, or simply a moment to pause, these classes are designed to support your wellbeing in a holistic and nurturing way.

Please bring a yoga mat, props, blanket, warm clothing, pillow/cushion, insect spray and anything else that will make comfortable during practice. Class is outdoors and dependant on weather.
