Moorish Pistachio Almond Balls

Made some of our delicious Almond Milk and got some almond pulp left over? Don't let it go to waste! Make some of these easy, delicious and moorish energy balls that will give you the perfect mind-afternoon protein boost.

INGREDIENTS
Left over almond pulp
Zest of ½ an orange
1 drop of Orange essential oil
3-4 dates dates (pitted)
¼ cup pistachios
1-2 tbsp of coconut oil
¼ tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp of cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix till combined.
To form the balls scoop out a teaspoon of the mixture and roll in your hands to form a ball.
If desired roll the balls in coconut or crushed pistachios, (you can toast the coconut if desired).
